Guest questions? Paper fire log? Tag it.
Tags for holiday lets, lodges and glamping sites. Guests tap one for the answer. You tap the alarm’s tag at changeover and the check is logged. No app.
Three tags to try
The same tags keep the safety record.
At each changeover you or your cleaner tap the alarm and extinguisher tags. Every check is saved with the time and the person, and the log prints.

Up to fifteen tags for one property arrive printed and coded. Each has an NFC chip, a QR code and a short printed code, so any phone with NFC or a camera opens it. Metal things like the hot tub panel and the fire extinguisher get tags made to work on metal.
Tap each tag once to say what it is on, write its page on your phone, and it is live. Change the page whenever you like. The tag stays where it is.

Common questions
All the questionsWhat is Tagits?
Tagits sells pre-printed NFC and QR tags for holiday lets, lodges and glamping sites in the UK: a guest taps the tag on an object and the page for that object opens with no app, and the same tags give the host a fire-safety check log.
Do guests need an app?
No. A tag holds only a web address, so the phone opens it in its own browser. iPhones from the XS (2018) onwards and Android phones with NFC switched on read a tag when held to it. Any other phone scans the QR code printed on the same tag. There’s nothing to install and nothing to sign in to.
How is a tag different from a digital guidebook?
A guidebook is one document the guest has to find, open and search. A tag is fixed to the thing they are stuck on and opens the page for that thing alone: the hot tub tag opens the hot tub page. If you already have a guidebook you like, keep it.
