Only for a small fire, with your way out clear

If in doubt

  1. Check the label: never use a water extinguisher on electrics or a pan fire.

  2. Pull the pin.

  3. Aim at the base of the fire.

  4. Squeeze the handle.

  5. Sweep from side to side.
