Every lodge on the park, one account.
Forty lodges mean forty hot tubs and forty sets of alarms. Each lodge gets its own tags, its own hot tub log and its own safety log, all under one sign-in.
What gets a tag in a lodge.
- Hot tub
- Heating
- Wi-Fi
- Oven
- TV
- Key safe
- First-aid kit
- Smoke alarm
- CO alarm
- Fire extinguisher
Green tags are fire safety: tapping one while signed in records the check.
The hot tub, logged at the tub.
Your team taps the hot tub tag and records the pH, the disinfectant, the water clarity and whether it was refilled. A reading outside the ranges in HSE’s hot tub guidance, HSG282, is flagged with what the guidance says to do, and you get an email.
HSG282 asks for records that show who did the work and when. Each test is saved with the name of the person who took it and the time.
Write it once, copy it to every lodge.
Write the hot tub page for one lodge and copy it to the hot tub in every other. Each copy stays editable, so the lodge with the older tub can say so.
Your team, on their own phones.
Invite each member of staff to the lodges they look after. They sign in with a link sent to their email, with no password, and each lodge’s changeover round ticks off as they tap.
How the safety log worksOwn one caravan on someone else’s park?
Tagits works the same for one holiday home as for a whole park: £99 for the first year with its tags, then £49 a year. For a park, each further lodge or caravan is £19 a year.
Pricing£99 for the first year, tags included.
Then £49 a year, or £4.99 a month, for each property. To see it working first, set up one object free with a QR sign you print yourself.
Common questions
Can park staff record the hot tub water tests?
Yes. Invite them to the lodges they look after. When they tap a hot tub tag they record the pH, the disinfectant, the clarity and whether it was refilled, and each test is saved with their name and the time. Tagits keeps the record; it doesn’t say whether a hot tub is safe.
How much is Tagits for a holiday park?
The first lodge is £99 for the first year with its tags, then £49 a year. Each further lodge or caravan on the same park is £19 a year, plus that unit’s tags at £2.50 each.
